Tom Kim is focused on providing advisory and transaction execution services to technology-enabled service, education, business services and consumer-focused companies.  Prior to joining MHT Partners, Tom was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, where his projects spanned growth and IT & operations strategies, acquisition due diligence evaluations, and competitive market assessments. His experience includes work in consumer goods, technology, telecom, transportation, and financial services. Tom was also an investment banker at Citigroup IBD where he developed expertise in public and private corporate finance, M&A and financial advisory.  His past experience includes assignments in the media, energy and consumer industries.

Tom holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BS in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
