A.J. Tracey joined MHT Partners in 2010 and is focused on providing advisory and transaction execution services to technology-enabled service, education, business services and consumer-focused companies.  Prior to joining MHT, A.J. worked at Jefferies & Co. in its Technology Investment Banking group based in Boston.  While at Jefferies, he focused on mergers and acquisitions across a variety of technology sub-sectors.

A.J. graduated from the Brown University with a BA in Business Economics and a BA in American History.
