Michael Holcomb joined MHT Partners in 2007. His transaction advisory experience includes buy-side and sell-side assignments for sponsor-backed companies. Prior to joining MHT Partners, Michael was an engineer at BP and Chevron where he assisted with the management of exploration and production assets in the continental US.

Michael graduated summa cum laude from Rice University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Michael lives in Dallas with his wife and son.
