MHT Secondary Advisors (MHT SA) invests significant time and effort to understand its clients’ portfolios and objectives in a transaction.  From the onset through the closing of a transaction, MHT SA provides senior-level attention and advice to limited partners invested in private equity assets.

We pride ourselves on creating solutions that maximize value for our clients.  Our professionals have advised on approximately $2 billion in fund commitments made up of over 200 fund interests and over 100 fund managers.  We have experience closing transactions with over 50 buyers and have strong relationships throughout the industry.

MHT SA has extensive General Partner (GP) relationships for secondary transfers as well as for primary portfolio investments.  Approximately 90% of MHT Partners’ traditional investment banking transactions involve private equity firms as either our clients or counterparties.  MHT’s extensive contacts and institutional relationships with the private equity community give us personal, senior-level access at the fund manager level that enable more efficient transitions of fund positions.
