We then draw on our extensive investment banking experience to creatively structure securities that meet our clients’ near- and long-term financing needs, and once fundraising is complete, we can continue to serve our clients as both financial and strategic advisors.

• Private Placements.  The MHT team is experienced in placing senior debt, mezzanine and equity securities with institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals. We can act as an agent through the entire capital raising process and serve as a valuable ongoing advisor.
