Matthew DiCanio

Matthew DiCanio joined MHT Partners in the spring of 2012.  He focuses on providing advisory and transaction execution services to technology-enabled service, education, business services and consumer-focused companies.  Prior to joining MHT Partners, Matthew was an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York.  His experience includes public and private corporate finance, buy-side and sell-side M&A and financial advisory.  Previously, Matthew worked in the audit practice at KPMG, LLP, in New York where he earned his CPA license.

Matthew holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.

Matthew lives in Dallas with his wife and two children.
