Taylor Curtis

Taylor Curtis joined MHT in 2011 along with John Mullen to establish the firm’s financial institutions coverage and private placement units.  Prior to joining MHT, he was a Partner with Connemara Capital and co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Connemara Bancorp. He also worked with Mr. Mullen as Director of Corporate Strategy for ORIX USA Corporation. While at ORIX, he pursued a series of strategic acquisitions in the specialty lending, alternative asset management, real estate finance and banking industries.

Prior to joining ORIX, he was Vice President and Assistant Treasurer for Concentra Inc., where he was responsible for all corporate treasury, investor relations and financial planning and analysis functions.  Prior to joining Concentra, Mr. Curtis was a Director in the Corporate Business Development group of Electronic Data Systems Corporation, where he worked on a variety of acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures in the U.S., Europe, Asia and South America. He began his career in New York with Greenhill & Co., the boutique mergers and acquisitions advisory firm.

Mr. Curtis graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in the Business Honors Program and Finance.  He currently resides in Dallas with his wife and three boys.
