Thomas M. Dunning

Former Chairman and CEO of Lockton Dunning Benefits. Serves on the Oncor Electric Delivery Company Board, American Beacon Funds Board, and the Comerica Bank – Texas Advisory Board. Dunning has served as Chairman of the Dallas Citizens Council, the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Board, Dallas Assembly, Dallas Alliance, Dallas Together, State Fair of Texas and the Homeless Czar for Dallas. He also has been appointed by Texas Governors to serve as Chairman of the Texas Water Development Board and on the boards of the Texas Department of Transportation, Texas Department of Human Services and Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He also serves on the boards of Southwestern Medical Foundation and Baylor Healthcare System Foundation.

Gary J. Fernandes

Chairman and President of FLF Investments, former Vice Chairman of Electronic Data Systems Corporation (“EDS”), founder of Convergent Partners, former Chairman and CEO of GroceryWorks, Inc. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of BancTec, Inc., Blockbuster International, eTelecare Global Solutions, Inc., the Board of Governors of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and is a director of the Boys & Girls Club of Dallas. He also serves as a trustee of the O’Hara Trust and the Hall-Voyer Foundation.

Murray T. Holland

He is also former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BTI Americas, Inc., former Senior Vice President and Managing Director for First Boston Corporation and Kidder, Peabody & Co., respectively, and former partner in the corporate and securities law section of the of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld.
